The first step is to explore together what you'd like to see more of in your organization and how we can partner to use stories to bring those hopes to fruition.
Once we've decided on the appropriate frequency and distribution mechanisms we can get started.
From there we'll work with you to identify a few good people to reach out to for interviews. Our writers will then prepare a handful of stories for us to go over together to make sure we're on the same page and build an early editorial framework to guide coverage.
Then as we start posting and circulating stories your story-sharing culture will organically grow as we reach out to more people and they start reaching out to us.
In the first few months we'll want to keep you updated regularly about how things are going, and in time we'll begin meeting with you formally once a quarter to go over insights and decide on new directions.
